Samantha Ward is the pastry chef/owner of Exquisite Desserts, founded in September, 2000. Samantha graduated from California Culinary Academy in 1993, and began working as a pastry chef in San Francisco. In addition to being European trained, Samantha has received extensive training with World-Famous chefs. She also had the privilege of working with members of the 2001 Coup de Monde championship team. Exquisite Desserts services 20 of the top country clubs in Coachella Valley and is a member of the Greater Palm Springs Wedding Association.
