All of our custom made specialty cakes are made from scratch - not mass produced. We don't use any pre-made fillings or convenience products, only the finest ingredients such as Tahitian vanilla beans & Belgium bittersweet chocolate. Our cakes can be made to service as few as 2 guests or beyond 300 guests.

Fondant icing is a rolled sugar paste frosting used on cakes to achieve a porcelain finish. At E.D. we make fondant flavoring it with pure almond extract to achieve a marzipan flavor. Fondant frosting is ideal for any kind of applique work on cakes and for that pristine smooth look that is so popular today.

We make a traditional Italian meringue buttercream in which cooked sugar is incorporated into the meringue. Real butter and Tahitian vanilla are folded in to achieve a creamy velvety melt in your mouth buttercream that keeps our clients ordering again and again.
